Professional Experience

Ravi is a banking professional with over three decades of cross-functional work experience with leading banks in India (HDFC Bank and Bank of Baroda) and Oman (Bank Muscat). His is a career that has been divided between core banking services and training.

As a banker, his exposure across industries, and close involvement with his customers has ensured that he has intimate knowledge of organizations, how they are run and the people who make them work. This knowledge plays a big part in his success as a Facilitator.

As a World Class Trainer, he has been extremely successful in creating and developing a comprehensive training infrastructure, the physical aspects of it, as also systems for needs analysis, content creation, and training delivery to assess the impact of training, within the organization, as well as through external service providers.

As part of his professional development, amongst others, he has obtained the following Certifications

His career spans from having established a successful career within the core banking areas to building an expertise in developing and delivering Leadership and Management development programs. Over the years has experimented the use of various training tools within programs to improve efficacy and impact of learning.
